DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS MAY 8, 2012

Room rates:  Singles & Doubles  - $89.00 + 13% Tax.  $10.00 per adult for over 2 adults per room. Parking is FREE for hotel guests.

Rates are valid three (3) days before the Convention and three (3) after the Convention if you wish to enjoy additional time in the Jacksonville area.

Hotel check- in time is 4:00 p.m. – check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Deposit equal to one night’s stay is required (per room) to hold reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to expected arrival will forfeit one night’s deposit.  

Transportation

From Jacksonville International Airport – contact Express Shuttle at 904-353-8880 – fare into Jacksonville is $35.00 each way.  Taxis available at approximately $40.00 each way.

Downtown Transportation – Skyway Express – around town and across the river @ $.50/per person each way.  Water taxi $3 - $5 per person each way.   Call 904-733-7782.
